Since 1896, our company, which is rooted in the Pays de la Loireperpetuates the art of traditional Vendée bakery. Located in the heart of the bocage vendéenWe draw on our roots to preserve authentic recipes handed down from generation to generation.

Our family home est portée par quatre générations familiales qui se sont succédées pour préserver et enrichir ce savoir-faire unique. Chaque jour, nos boulangers passionnés élaborent des spécialités emblématiques telles que :

Did you know?

"If we don't protect our Vendée brioche enough, we risk losing itexplains Christian Thomas, President of the Association de la Brioche Vendéenne (ABV) and CEO of Thomas Brioche in Les Essarts.. With this in mind, in 1995 we came up with the idea of protecting the name "Brioche de Vendée", which was being used indiscriminately, and of putting together a dossier to protect the production area. The association, which aims to bring together all the producers of brioches (artisan bakers and companies), has set itself the goal of preserving their quality, and even improving them so that they don't become a vague, deformed loaf over time.
