This rigorous method enables us to identify, assess and control microbiological, chemical and foreign body risks, as well as GMO allergens.

Our production sites are certified IFS Foodan internationally recognised standard that confirms our commitment to the highest standards of food quality and safety.

Encouraging local and French sourcing

We have been baking in our family bakery since 1896, Brioches Vendéennes, Gâches, Préfous Vendéens and Cakes with simple, good, carefully selected ingredients, mainly from the Grand Ouest France.

These official quality marks guarantee top-quality products that comply with a specific strict specifications and a respect for tradition.
