When he set up as a baker in Les Essarts in 1896, Arthur Maline, our founder, wasn't just being clever. Little did he know that for over 100 years he would be putting his descendants in a bind... For more than a century, the Thomas Brioche workshops have been making Brioches de Vendée tasty and authentic, and always with a sense of value and flavour!

Today, the Maline Thomas brand perpetuates this know-how through a range of traditional flavours.
