(ABV) and CEO of Thomas Brioche in Les Essarts.<\/strong>. <em>With this in mind, in 1995 we came up with the idea of protecting the name \"Brioche de Vend\u00e9e\", which was being used indiscriminately, and of putting together a dossier to protect the production area. <\/em>The association, which aims to bring together all the producers of brioches (craftsmen and companies), has set itself the goal of preserving its quality, and even improving it so that it doesn't become a vague, deformed loaf over time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow
